Format: Online (video call)

Follow-up consultations are designed to review how things have been since your initial session and to provide ongoing support as your situation develops.

This session focuses on what has happened since your last consultation, including:

• Any changes in your symptoms

• Updates following GP, private, or other appointments

• Any treatments or approaches you may have started

• Questions or concerns that have come up since your last session

We can also:

• Review how you are feeling about your current situation

• Talk through any new or ongoing challenges

• Revisit options and next steps

• Help you feel clearer about what to focus on moving forward

Following the consultation, you will receive:

• A brief summary of the discussion

• Updated guidance and suggested next steps

This session is more focused and reflective than the initial consultation, building on what has already been discussed and supporting you as things progress.
